Welcome to our virtual learning platform! We’re so excited to have you.
If you’re just getting started, we’d like to help you get familiar with how the platform works and show you some of the helpful features to make your learning experience smooth and satisfying.
Ready to get started? We’ll have you studying in five easy steps.
Step 1
Once you’ve created an account and completed your purchase, login via the My Account page with the email you used to complete purchase and the password sent to you.
Step 2
Your My Account page will open and it has two sections.
(1) Your Account Information where you can change your password and check your Orders.
(2) Your Courses where you can confirm the courses you’re enrolled in and track your progress.
We have now placed the “Your Courses” section above the “Your Account Information” section.
Step 3
Click on the blue Expand All/Collapse All button to see your course progress.
Click on the Course Title to get started on the course. It will take you to the Course Home (Overview) page.
If you take a break for the day and return to your next study session, you’ll be able to check your progress. Again, click the Course Title to return to the Course Home (Overview) page.
Step 4
You clicked on the Course Title in Step 3? Great! You’ll now be taken to the Course Home (Overview) page.
Click the first link in the Course Content overview or Sidebar outline to get going.
Again, if you’ve worked on the course in a previous session, you can track your progress. Plus, a Resume Course button will appear to easily navigate back to where you left off.
Step 5
Having clicked on the first link in the outline in Step 4, you will now enter the learning portal.
Firstly, you’ll notice you have an option to download the course in PDF format. That’s for those who prefer working offline.
Secondly, you can easily view the course outline in the left-hand sidebar and as you progress, easily navigate through sections you’ve completed. You will need to work through the lessons in order.
As you complete each section, click the green Mark Complete button and your progress will be displayed.
You can easily return to the Course Home (Overview) page or your My Account page via the drop-down menu in the top-right hand corner.
Upon completing your course, download your Certificate of Completion!
